Bendigo’s gold rush story is unbelievable! A sleepy sheep run turned into a massive camp of hopeful gold diggers in a matter of weeks. By the time the gold rush finished decades later, a whopping 700,000kg had been found in an area 16km long and 4km wide.

You couldn’t make up a story like Bendigo’s if you tried, and that’s why these five authentic experiences will be remembered for a lifetime:
