Brand Survey Giveaway Conditions of Entry

Terms and Conditions for entry: Bendigo Heritage Attractions Victoria Brand Survey Giveaway

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who have purchased tickets to Central Deborah Gold Mine and Bendigo Tramways, and are legal residents of Australia. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Bendigo Heritage Attractions Victoria, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The entry period for the giveaway begins on Thursday 20 March 2024 and ends on Friday 5 April 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
3. Entry Method: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the Brand Survey for Central Deborah Gold Mine or Bendigo Tramways in its entirety. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Incentive: The incentive consists of a $20 Prezzee eGift Card. The incentive will be emailed to the participant by Bendigo Heritage Attractions within five business days of completing the survey. The incentive is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Notification: Will be via the contact information provided in the survey.
6. Incentive Delivery: The Prezzee eGift Card will be delivered electronically to the email address provided within five business days of survey completion.
7. Forwarding Restrictions: Email addresses provided will be vetted against the customer list associated with Central Deborah Gold Mine and Bendigo Tramways ticket bookings. Each entry must correspond to a unique email address associated with a legitimate ticket booking.
8. Privacy: Participant information collected during the survey will be used for market research purposes by Bendigo Heritage Attractions. All data collected will be aggregated and anonymised for marketing purposes. Personal information will not be disclosed or linked to individual survey responses. Data handling will be conducted in accordance with Australian privacy laws and Bendigo Heritage Attractions’ privacy policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their anonymised data for market research purposes, as outlined in the privacy policy.
9. Compliance: By participating, participants agree to comply with all giveaway rules and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the giveaway.
10. Governing Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
11. Organiser: The giveaway is organised by Bendigo Heritage Attractions, located at 76 Violet Street, Bendigo, Victoria.
