Bendigo Heritage Attractions Foundation supports the substantial work involved in preserving Bendigo's most significant heritage sites, while also enhancing our visitors' experiences.

The Bendigo Heritage Attractions Foundation, allows for a number of special initiatives and projects to be pursued that would not otherwise be possible within the normal day-to-day operations of Bendigo Heritage Attractions. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Restoring, maintaining and acquiring trams for Bendigo's historic Vintage Talking Tram fleet, and expanding the capacity of the Bendigo Tramways Depot & Workshop.
  • Expanding the scope of the underground workings at Central Deborah Gold Mine for tour development and education programs.
  • Growing the fascinating collection of Chinese artefacts which are on display at the Bendigo Joss House Temple.
