Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: Entry is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Bendigo Heritage Attractions and City of Greater Bendigo, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The entry period begins on Thursday 13 March 2025 and ends on Monday 17 March 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

Entry Method: To enter eligible entrants must, during the entry period, visit the Promoters website and fill out their full name, contact number, and email address within the ‘Promotion Details’ section of the form and submit the completed form. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The entry form is available here.

Prize: The first valid entry drawn will win one (1) voucher to the value of $300 redeemable at the Bendigo Visitor Centre, and one (1) voucher to the value of $200 redeemable at Bendigo Heritage Attractions. Total value of prize equals $500, strictly subject to approval of the Promoter and availability. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. The prize cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The draw will take place at the Promoter’s address on or before 31 March 2025. The winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw and the winner will be contacted by telephone or email.

Prize Delivery: The prize will be emailed to the winner by Bendigo Heritage Attractions within five (5) business days of the winner being announced.

Privacy: Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's databases. The Promoter may use this information in accordance with its privacy policy, which is located at https://www.bendigoheritage.com.au/about-us/terms-and-conditions. The Promoter is bound by the information privacy principles in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (VIC). Data handling will be conducted in accordance with Australian privacy laws and Bendigo Heritage Attractions’ privacy policy.

Compliance: By participating, participants agree to comply with all giveaway rules and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the promotion.

Governing Law: The promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
